Founded in 1897, they are a small craft-scale brewery dedicated to high-quality sake made by hand. Their veteran brewmaster Hikoo Okada belongs to the smallest Ochi Toji Guild where only a few remain. Trained by Okada and his successor is their brewmaster Taisuke Ooyama.
