This pink, unfiltered sake is as much a feast for the palate as it is for the eyes. In-house red yeast gives this sweet, textured brew its unique hue, adding playfulness to its strawberry-like flavor. The koji used to make it lends some tang for balance and brightness. Niwa no Uguisu “Doburoku” Pink is a treat unto itself, but also makes a wonderful pairing for dessert and fresh fruit.
