Nadagogo Collection
Nadagogo is a 12-kilometer stretch of sake breweries between Kobe and Osaka. You can explore it in person when you book our Day Trip to Kobe, Nada District!
Composed of five areas — Nishi-Go, Mikage-Go, Uozaki-Go, Nishinomiya-Go and Imazu-Go — Nadagogo is a Geographical Indication region for sake. Though small on a map, Nadagogo is the biggest sake-producing area by volume in Japan, with a brewing history stretching back to the 14th century.
The quality of sake that comes from Nadagogo is also exceptional, thanks to their famous Miyamizu water source, Yamadanishiki rice, and skillful brewers that make up the Tamba Toji Guild.
