If you have a specific sake or sake ware item in mind that you want included with each order, please let us know in the “message” section of the form and our team will check to see if it’s something we can accommodate.

Palate Project asks that you submit your request at least 3 weeks prior to the event date so that the products can be secured and a shipping timeline can be provided. 

Upon packing orders, shipping to the West Coast (including Hawaii) takes approximately 2–3 business days, and the East Coast takes 5-6 business days. For bulk and corporate orders, customers will receive updates for each shipment included in the order.

Palate Project ships to most states in the USA. Due to complex alcohol regulations, we are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Arkansas, Michigan, Mississippi and Utah.

Express shipping is not available at this time. However, special shipping arrangements can be made for premium products if needed.

Gift wrapping is not available at this time. All Palate Project corporate and bulk orders will be packed in Palate Project marked packaging when able.

A 10% discount is applied to corporate and bulk orders. Shipping fees for each package sent out will be applied normally.
