This sake is crafted in Nada, Japan, a region renown for its rich sake history. The superior water and rich rice plots are any brewer’s dream. Nihonsakari dreamed up this smooth, even sake with nutty notes bolstered by a dash of herb and spice flavor. Nada’s soft water gives the sake a light aftertaste that’ll have you pouring a second round as soon as the first is done.
