The story

Tracing its roots to 1719 in Hirosaki, Aomori prefecture, Rokka Brewing Company expresses the Tsugaru region’s “joppari” spirit. Its modern Torai brand pairs local rice, Mount Iwaki spring water and Shirakami lactic acid bacteria for a true Aomori terroir.
