How these bottles get here

My team in Japan and I visit the breweries and taste about fifty sake a month. When we find one we want, we ask the brewery to work with us directly. What they agree to send goes into one container, from Kobe to our warehouse in Los Angeles, and from there to you. No importer, no distributor, no second warehouse in between. That is why almost none of these names are on shelves in America, and why they arrive tasting the way they did in Japan.
