This cloudy sake is brewed from Tsuyahime table rice, which was developed by Yamagata prefecture, where Eau de Vie Shonai brewery is located. Right after opening, you can feel a lively, gentle fizz that gives a fresh impression, while the texture remains smooth and silky. The aroma has a distinct rice character, but on the palate, it feels clean and refreshing with a pleasant level of acidity.
