Brewed using a luxurious free run drip separation method, often used only for competition quality sake, this sake has both the crispness of pristine water and the light spiciness of Dewasansan rice. A nose of white peach is complimented by the white pepper finish, and different facets of the flavor can be pulled out by pairing with different dishes.
