Dassai Blue “Yuzu” is a refreshing fusion of junmai daiginjo sake and aromatic yuzu citrus. It’s crafted from a blend of Dassai Blue “50,” high-quality yuzu juice, water and a touch of sugar to create a smooth, vibrant expression at 11% ABV. Bright citrus notes complement elegant layers of melon, pineapple and vanilla, finishing crisp, clean, and light. Enjoy it well chilled.
