This sake is a wonderful embodiment of Yamagata Prefecture’s ginjo style. Lively, vibrant and unabashedly unpasteurized, Eiko Fuji Namazake is a classic that has been delighting sake drinkers for thirteen generations. That means this sake’s fresh fruit flavor has been around almost as long as the United States has been a country!
