“Kaze no Ichirin” means single flower in the wind, as this sake was named after the wild cosmos flowers along the Watarase River near the brewery. Enjoy the subtle notes of white flowers and cherry—they capture this by flash pasteurization to preserve the flavors until it is opened at your table. You may find some herbal gin and origami-like delicacy in it as we did.
