This acclaimed junmai daiginjo is made with 100% Yukimegami rice — a new strain developed in Yamagata prefecture specifically for brewing soft, top-grade sake. Veteran brewers and young artisans collaborated to create an elegant, food-friendly sake with gentle aroma and clear umami. Its flower-and-grape flavor is refreshing when chilled, yet rich at room temperature. This bottle won gold at the 2023 U.S. National Sake Appraisal, Top Gold at the 2023 “Wine Glass de Sake” and first place at the 2020 National Sake Competition.
