Tensei brand by Kumazawa Brewing Company is inspired by Kanagawa’s beautiful coastline and surfer culture. This sake celebrates the summer by being a clean, bright sake with a green apple finish. Suggested pairings include whitefish ceviche, guacamole, and grilled vegetables with a dash of lemon. The balance of ample umami that expands on your palate and the clean, dry finish will keep you coming back for more.
