This extremely dry sake — regarded as one of the driest in the world — delivers a sharp, clean finish while preserving a rich expression of rice umami. A refreshing, grapefruit-like aroma with a hint of bitterness adds complexity and brightness. Its crisp, well-structured profile keeps each sip fresh and engaging, making it easy to enjoy without palate fatigue. It’s a bold yet balanced sake crafted for those who appreciate precision and intensity.
