“Morning Flower, Evening Moon” is competition-grade sake which has won countless awards at the prefectural, regional and national level since 1989. It shows an exquisite balance of understated white flowers with a hint of yuzu citrus. They use contract farmed Yamadanishiki rice, which is pressed and collected in 60 oz bottles to isolate the best portion of the press.
