The wife-and-husband brewing team at Ichinomiya Brewing Company craft Yukika “Sparkling” using Kairyohattannagare, a rare heritage rice revived by the brewery. Poured ice-cold, this lovely bottle-fermented “usunigori” (slightly cloudy) style greets you with a delightfully light effervescence. A rich rice flavor coats the palate, beautifully balancing a bright acidity that never turns too tart. Each airy sip finishes with a crisp snap, offering a refreshing reset for a joyous dining experience.
