Warm (85-115 F)
Sake temperature affects taste and aroma, and not every sake can be enjoyed warm (85-115 F). Warming sake can mellow it out and enhance its umami, but it can also obscure or alter the flavors of more delicate sake. Generally, full-bodied sake such as junmai and honjozo are good candidates for warming.
